We decided to try TOQ’s as we’re always under the pump and as a business owner you definitely have queries and concerns when someone else does your quantifying or measuring but Dale and his team are just so on the ball.
We started off with one or two sets of drawings and have now moved to a weekly catch up call, all docs for the week sent off with required due dates to take offs & estimations returned well before due and they never disappoint.
Their understanding of our service is pretty broad which helps both sides, if they have a query they will repeatedly call, text and email which I don’t mind as it shows their intent on delivery and I couldn’t recommend them anymore!
In fact I have recommended them to a few colleagues as it’s such an efficient service!
